It’s okay not to be okay

IMPORTANT: As many of our volunteers are traveling outside of Shanghai in the coming weeks, Lifeline will need to make some temporary adjustments to our service hours.

Our 2023 summer schedule will be 10 am to 10 pm Monday to Thursday , and 10am to 6pm Friday to Sunday, from July 28 to September 30th. We will return to our regular schedule of 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week afterwards. Thank you for your continued support!

Lifeline is a volunteer organization that relies on the community to support individuals.

Lifeline is a volunteer non-profit organisation that relies on the community to support our life saving helpline services. Mental illness is one of the biggest health problems societies face. Roughly one in four people will experience a mental health challenge during their lifetime, yet it remains greatly misunderstood and stigmatised. It is our mission to change the narrative, so that individuals facing emotional distress and crisis are heard, knowing that they are not alone, and support is freely available to them.

We greatly appreciate the generosity and support of our patrons and all our sponsors in making a difference in the lives of many across China.
